YouTube Personality Lets Homeless Man Drive His Corvette: Video

Ordinarily, “feel good” type news pieces involving strangers showing kindness and good will toward all men would be outside the scope of our news coverage here at GM Authority. But we’ll make an exception here because a Corvette is involved.

YouTube pranksters “DreyAnVic” uploaded this video, taking a break from their routine practical jokes to try and make a homeless person’s day – up to and including letting a stranger drive Drey’s Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray.

That’s not all that the guys at DreyAnVic do for the less fortunate stranger; they also buy him a meal, set him up with some new clothes, and secure a hotel room for him and a friend for the night.

Compassion and kindness are perhaps among the principal hallmarks of humanity, and we’ve no doubt that many feel touched by this video – maybe even compelled to go out and do something similar. But letting a perfect stranger into the pilot’s seat of your personal Corvette? Plenty of us would draw the line well before there. We applaud these guys.
