Hennessey Dynos Its Upcoming C7 Corvette Z06 Build

We all have to start somewhere, and that includes Hennessey Performance Engineering. The tuning division has posted a video of the group performing baseline dyno testing of a C7 Chevrolet Corvette. HPE seems to have big plans with the car, and needs to see what they’re working with first.

After their dyno testing, the computers spat out a healthy 570 rear-wheel horsepower through the factory seven-speed manual. HPE writes in their video description they will be the masterminds behind an HPE750 package and an HPE800 package, which should make for some very grin-worthy dyno numbers once the tuned Z06s hit the dyno.

Though, let’s take a quick moment to appreciate what this car does from the factory. 570 hp to wheels is a massive amount of power to handle, and the C7 Z06 handles it gracefully while scaring children with the noises it makes. Handing it over to the guys and gals at HPE will surely turn it into monster, and in turn, scare adults with the noises it makes.

Check out the dyno pulls in the video down below.
