We sure can’t wait for warmer weather. Unlike the west coast, which can enjoy its toys all year round, those of us who get to experience all four seasons (some seemingly longer than others) must wait for Spring and Summer to enjoy dry roads and windows-down cruising.
This quick clip of a built 1970 C3 Corvette reminded us of how badly we can’t wait for the weather to break. The Corvette has since been sold through Bullet Motorsports, and the lucky buyer got a heck of a car. The Corvette went through a total restoration, inside and out, to a factory look. But, under the hood, things were juiced up a tad.
The engine is a built 400 cubic-inch small block with a 350 crank and Crane solid-roller cam, there’s plenty of power to be found. Said power is shifted via a Hurst four-speed manual gearbox, which sends that power to a 3.36 posi-rear.
In between clips of the Corvette being rung out, the Cheap Trick soundtrack falls right into place. Check it out below.
