1956 GMC 100 Pickup Comes With A Piece Of Motorcycle History, Too

There are some eBay finds which blow us away when we stumble across them, but then there are some like this. This is a 1956 GMC 100 Deluxe Edition Pickup with only 26,000 original miles on it. Not only does it have extremely low miles, but the truck is certified 100% stock, down to a single nut or bolt.

If you it didn’t seem apparent, the truck is very rare in any shape or form, but this magnificent show piece is even more so. The truck was purchased from the original owner, then received a total restoration, a lengthy process taking 16 years according to the seller. The engine, exterior and interior reflect a genuine factory look, but the GMC does receive a few modern touches to make it more livable, including power steering, Autronic automatic high beam dimmer and a four-speed Hydramatic transmission.

There’s a surprise with this truck, though. The seller is also including an original 1959 Harley Davidson Hummer 125. We’re no motorcycle experts here, but according to he seller there were only 1,300 of this particular motorcycle made. This is now 1 of 12 known to exist in the world and this one has just ten miles on it. It just so happens the Harley and GMC are also the exact some color, something not intentional.

So, a recap: an all-original low-mile vintage truck, an ultra-rare motorcycle, and a heaping dose of nostalgia. What could possible keep you from wanting to check this eBay listing out? If you’re so compelled, the truck and bike currently sit at $119,500 and you can see more of them, here.
