Two Guys Garage Shows Us How To Install A Cold Air Intake On A V6 Camaro: Video

An aftermarket cold air intake can improve engine performance when paired up with other modifications, and considering the price and relatively easy installation, it’s often the first under hood component car owners change.

Changing your cold air intake is a simple process, but if you want a straightforward how-to guide, Two Guys Garage has you covered. Hosts Kevin and Willie received a new CAI kit from Cold Air Inductions for their fifth-generation Camaro V6, and took the opportunity to show us how to properly install the new piece.

Cold Air Inductions’ intake kits differ as they come with a special thermal cover for the air filter, ensuring heat from the engine stays away from the intake tube. A few fasteners hold the entire thing in place, allowing your car to breathe more freely in a matter of minutes.
