The Gulf livery is arguably the most recognizable paint scheme on any racecar, helped made famous by the mighty Porsche 917 and Ford GT40, and has become synonymous with auto racing over the past century, to present day. The gorgeous paint scheme of baby blue and orange is an icon, and has been replicated by scads of other vehicles. Now the long list includes this very cool Chevrolet Cruze.
The custom Chevrolet Cruze comes from India, where the vehicle’s popularity has fizzled as of recent, but we think this custom job is hot. Quite a few modified examples of the car scatter around the streets of India, but work like this sticks out among the rest. The colors are true paint, not vinyl or wrap.
The vehicle sits on custom OZ Ultralegga Matte Graphite Silver wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero rubber. Performance modifications include an ECU remap, K&N cold-air intake and a catback exhaust system. The Cruze also sits an inch and a half lower thanks to a Bilstein B14 coilover kit.
Only one engine is offered for the Chevrolet Cruze in the Indian market, which would be the 2.0-liter diesel powerplant good for 164 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque.
We tip our hats to you good sir, or madam, for a very tasteful build. To take a look at more photos of the car, follow the jump here.

I would have done the Donohue Sunoco colors myself. Just more a Chevy thing.
But that is India.
Good but why they didn’t put a 2.0 T ecotec for more power???
