The Holden Colorado Is So Capable It Won’t Look New For Long: Ad Break

Here in the U.S., we think of the pickup truck as the ultimate working machine. It hauls our scrap, it gets dirty and their reveled as some of the most capable vehicles on the road. Things aren’t much different in Australia, especially with the wide open spaces that occupy the country in the corner of the globe, and the Holden Colorado looks to capitalize on that fact.

Matching the continued “Let’s Go There” campaign, we are treated to another child protagonist, a move Bill Mott, director of Holden marketing, says is a major component of the new brand strategy because of children’s everlasting optimism.

The ad follows the quick story of the family pickup a new Holden Colorado and shows off the truck’s capability along the way. Though, it seems, as our young storyteller proclaims, the Colorado won’t look new for long around their parts with the 3,500 ton towing capability, ready to tackle the Aussie landscape.

Have a look at the ad down below, and as we’ve asked before, how do you feel about Holden’s continued branding campaign?
