Tons of off the wall show cars, and built muscle cars flood Las Vegas every year at the SEMA Show, and occasionally after they’ve served their purpose for the show, they find their way to the auction block. Today we present to you a 1955 Chevrolet Nomad ready for purchase on eBay.
A vast amount of custom work has been done to this Nomad by Fast Mad Professional, built by Kenny Davis Hot Rods, notably it’s bagged and rides on an air suspension. The car looks like a low-rider gone pro-street to a certain degree, but we think it works. The car is fitted with a Chevrolet LS1 V8 engine, and a 4L60E transmission handles the shifting. The Nomad also utilizes a Corvette independent rear suspension and the show stopper wears Wilwood brakes and even has power steering.
Inside, the custom work was completed by James Carter of Bitchin Stich Interiors, where air conditioning, a hidden stereo and classic instruments gauges are only highlights of the work.
With a car this great looking, we feel it commands every penny of its $196,000 asking price, so move quickly because there are plenty of buyers currently watching the ad. You can check out more of the car at the listing here.
