The 2015 ATS Coupe Is A ‘Nice Car’ That Speaks For Itself: Ad Break

We already know that the 2015 Cadillac ATS Coupe is quite the looker. No surprises there. But did you know that the compact sport-luxury coupe also speaks for itself? At least that’s what Cadillac illustrates in its latest ad, starring none other than the ATS Coupe, Steve Merchant, and a pretty girl.

“For a single guy, the great thing about the new Cadillac is the car does the talkin'”, says Steve as the pretty girl approaches and says.

“Cool car. Is that the new Cadillac?”

In letting the car do all the talking, Steve has nothing to say. And his body language is to die for.

“Turns out you’ve also got to do some of the talking”, he concludes as the girl walks away confused about what just hapenned.

  1. Just stop with these spots as this is what is really still wrong at Cadillac. You want image you need to earn it but marketing like this counters the image the cars are earning.

  3. This commercial is just plain DUMB ! were the marketing execs out to lunch that day ? I actually seen one of these on the highway the other day . I think from the rear is the best look of it . If GM is green lighting Caddy to move to NewYork to capture the hipsters that live there this isn’t what you want to portray .

It was moving it showed the technology and build awareness, it made me want to drive one because it looked damn fun. The car looked sexy. These ads are so effing stupid I can’t even believe it. There’s a reason why BMW etc. cell. They’re selling something freaking cool. I have no idea what Cadillac and their agencies onto with this bull.
