2015 Corvette Stingray By Paul Stanley: Hot Or Not?

Chevrolet’s C7 Corvette Stingray hasn’t been on sale very long but already the aftermarket support is huge. As a result, you can catch a customized C7 at many vendor booths at this year’s SEMA show. But one of the most standout Stingrays on the floor of the Las Vegas convention center comes from Chevrolet themselves.
KISS frontman Paul Stanley teamed up with Chevrolet designers to create a unique Corvette with a two-tone paint scheme for SEMA. His car is immediately recognizable thanks to the unique candy red hue and Midnight Glaze Silver accents on the roof, rear hatch, spoiler, outside mirrors and front grille. There’s also black Chevrolet Accessories wheels and parchment leather seats with red stitching.
The red/silver combo may not be to your tastes, but the two-tone paint scheme is a unique idea which we have yet to see implemented on a C7 Stingray. We think the car wears two different colors pretty well and wouldn’t be surprised to see other C7 owners paint their roof/hatch a different color after seeing Stanley’s car.
So, after getting the full rundown on the car here, tell us if you think Stanley’s custom ‘Vette is Hot or Not. We wouldn’t paint our car in this red/silver scheme, but we’re a big fan of those Chevrolet Accessories wheels, so we’ll give Stanley the GM Authority stamp of approval on this one.

Voted ‘Not!’.
I don’t know why anyone would want a car to look like it’s graying. I bet it’s fitting seeing how most KISS fans themselves are graying.
