The 2015 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 is a “lifestyle” truck and if you buy one, you should make your lifestyle off-roading according to TFL Truck reviewer Roman Mica. It may be little compared to the Silverado, but don’t count out the 2015 Colorado. There is still a lot of fun to be had in this downsized package.
During a press event Nevada, Roman was able to sneak away and do a quick off-road review of the Colorado. With its upgraded shocks, suspension and other off-road goodies, the truck is really adapt at handling off-road terrain. With the moderate off-road terrain GM chose, the truck handled everything that was thrown at it in style.
Roman spent a lot of time looking at the Gear On capability of the truck. This factory-direct cargo system can be added at the dealer before you pick up your truck. The accessory’s cost is built in to your purchase price and figured into your payments. This is great for those who want to add on the goodies now instead of shelling out the cash later.
It is also a great system since it is so specific. You can literally walk into the dealer and ask for a truck to haul your Kayak. They can then order the aluminum-extruded, powder-coated system to meet your need.
Roman sums it up nicely in the video below by saying this truck is really a great option for lifestyle customers.
