TFL Truck Pits Gas-Powered Silverado 2500 HD, Ram 2500 HD Trucks Against Each Other: Video

Our friends over at TFL Truck have put a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and  a 2014 Ram 2500 through their so-called Ike Gauntlet to see which one handles the rigorous drive better. It is tight contest with each truck having its pros and cons.

The video reviews of both trucks go over the new features, interior impressions and performance when nearly fully loaded. It gives an accurate comparison of both trucks on the same terrain with the same reviewers.

Both trucks are gas-powered heavy duty models. While these trucks are known as work trucks, towing is largely left for the diesel-powered variants. This review gives some interesting perspective with regards to the prowess of gasoline engines.

While the cast of reviewers changes, it often includes Mr. Truck Kent Sundling, TLF’s Roman Mica and Nathan Adlen. This trio has many years of shared experience in the automotive field and Mr. Truck especially has years of experience with trucks.

Tim is a married father of three living in Western Nebraska. He is the editor and contributor to several automotive sites. He spends a lot of time reading, writing and talking cars/trucks with fans, insiders and manufacture reps. When he isn't talking about cars, he is usually out playing golf - a never ending obsession to see how far the little white ball will fly.
