If you read the buff books, you’ve probably noticed the Camaro Z/28 has been kicking arse and taking names. Both Motor Trend and Car & Driver have demonstrated that not only does the Z/28 compete with the world’s best on the road course, but also Chevrolet has done a great job making it a balanced quasi-racer (or is that quasi-street car?) that continues to compete beyond the road course. This is especially impressive when you consider that the Camaro is no lightweight.
The tests by the magazines have been with the 2014 Z, but what about the 2015 Z/28? Chevrolet has been improving what they started, although we don’t quite know what engineers have done to make the 2015 better around the Nürburgring Nordschleife. And if you recall, the 2014 video at the fabled track was in slightly inclement weather, so this is the first we’ve seen the Z/28 on dry pavement. For now, enjoy the below video of the 2015 Z/28 courtesy of BridgeToGantry.com.

The lap times here will be very interesting. I just wonder what the drag will do to it on the long straights on the last part of the lap. It should be killer on the first part of the track and may make up a lot of time.
I hope they keep this over there and let Top Gear have it. It would be nice to see it up on the board.
This is the perfect car for their track.
wonder what they can improve upon, maybe a little more power, can’t wait to see the numbers and I’m not sure why i have such a man crush on this car???
and if they did add 100HP this thing would be untouchable !!!
