Holden Offers Colorado Black Edition

General Motors’ Australian brand Holden is offering a Black Edition of the Holden Colorado, bundling together a package of options at a discount to celebrate Holden’s sponsorship of the Deniliquin Ute Muster.

A “ute muster” is an event in Australia where the proud owners of anything with a cargo bed are invited to congregate and celebrate their on-going love affair with the vehicles. So to make it a little special, the Holden Colorado Black Edition accessory pack comes with a hard tonneau cover, black sports and and push bars, black hood protector, and slimline weathershields. Those who hurry in while supplies last can also get rear iPad cradles that attach to the backs of the front seat headrests.

Opting for these add-ons outside of the Black Edition package typically runs about $5,000 AUD, but the package costs $3,995 AUD maximum, with the exact price up to the dealer. Pricing is only guaranteed through the end of 2014.

This Black Edition package is now available at Holden dealers. A Black Edition Holden Colorado will be appearing at the annual Deniliquin Ute Muster from October 3-4, alongside a Colorado with livery to commemorate Holden’s sponsorship of the State of Origin rugby match-off, and the VF SS V Redline ute that set the Nürburgring world-record for utility vehicles.

  1. Someone like JHP needs to offer a front-end swap for folks over here. It would be really cool to have a Malibu and Colorado with the same design language.
