Vauxhall Sweetens Aftersales Experience For Vivaro Customers

Following the launch of the all-new Vauxhall Vivaro commercial van, the British brand has announced its Premier Van Centers have also been refreshed with new support and service standards meant to enhance their customer’s aftersales experience.

Fleet Vivaro customers who bring their vehicle to one of Vauxhall’s revamped Premier Van Centers will receive vehicle diagnostics without an appointment, repair times of less than three days and a dedicated Premier Van Helpline with the purpose of answering any service-related questions they may have. If the van must stay at the shop for repairs, the Premier Van Centers will offer a courtesy vehicle free of charge and will deliver the van back within a 10-mile radius. They will also carry out Class 7 MOT tests and have a 5-tonne lift on-site, Vauxhall says.

Premier Service Centers have to meet a strict selection criteria for becoming a Premier Van Center. Only sites that can provide the correct level of sales and service support for the vans and can meet stringent service level requirements can qualify for Premier Van Center status.

“We are delighted to announce full details of our refreshed Premier Van Centres,” said Richard Collier, Vauxhall’s National Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager. “The enhanced programme brings industry-leading customer experience to Vauxhall Commercial Vehicle fleet customers with over 90 per cent UK coverage. Our nationwide network of van experts will deliver the highest standards of skills and expertise whilst also helping fleets save time and money.”

Once the necessary repairs and servicing have been completed, Premier Van Centers will do a 25 point safety check, wash and vacuum the vehicle and fit new wiper blades for free.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to looking after the needs of van customers,” said Operations Director for Premier Van Centers, Rachel Parker. “We always strive to deliver the very best in customer service and aftersales support.”

Vauxhall and Opel debuted the new Vivaro van in March with all-new exterior styling and new, more efficient engine offerings. It’s scheduled to go into production at Vauxhall’s plant in Luton, UK this month.
