Despite receiving upgrades like OnStar 4G LTE, and a slight uptick in range, Chevrolet found it in themselves to keep the MSRP of the 2015 Chevrolet Volt at $34,995, the same as the 2014 model, which saw the price slashed from the year before. This will be the last year of the first-generation Volt as we know it, with the 2016 Volt “2.0” model set to arrive next year, which will feature new skin and a reworked powertrain.
The 2015 Chevrolet Volt also adds the extra-cost Iridescent Pearl Tricoat in place of the overused White Diamond Tricoat, and a reworked navigation and Bose Premium Audio package.

Costs twice as much in Australia, more expensive than a Holden WN Caprice. It’s just not worth it when you can get so much more for the same amount of money. Tesla have priced Model S here at a decent price and honestly the extra $20k for a Model S is worth every cent. If it was in the $40k to $50k range GM would sell a bit more but at $65k it’s just dumb!
