Holley’s 1967 Chevrolet C10 At Jay Leno’s Garage: Video

In the latest episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, Jay is joined by Holley CEO Tom Tomlinson as they chat about this 1967 Chevrolet C10 resto-mod pickup that is pretty much a rolling showcase for the products and technology that Holley Performance Products offers to enthusiasts.

Of course, Holley started out with carburetors, but today Holley has fuel injection systems and so much more. Tomlinson says this C10 was created to maintain the vintage look while using modernities whenever possible like the aluminum LS3 small-block and 6-speed tranny. The Halibrand knock-offs (literally and figuratively) do lend the C10 a nice touch, no doubt complemented by the lowered stance.

One thing Holley did with this C10 was leave a lot of the details that were originally designed for the truck − take a look at the white-painted grille for starters. Underneath, however, some shuffling has been done, most notably with the fuel tank, which was relocated to the rear under the bed.

Take a break from the rigors of daily life and enjoy 14 minutes of Jay and Tom as they go over the truck that tunes itself.

  2. It is never any wonder to me why the 67-72 Chevy trucks are so popular. Even when completely run down they still look so cool. Holley did a good job on this one, and I love how they kept it looking correct for the most part.
