This 2014 COPO Camaro Is Available To General Public: eBay Find

A 2014 COPO Camaro with not a single mile on the dial is being sold on eBay with an end date of July 29th. The COPO program was resurrected in 2012 to pay homage to its ancestor, the 1969 COPO Camaro, with a limited production run of 69 for the model year. None were available to the general public, being available only to professional drag racers. All late-model COPOs were built from the factory as drag-racing vehicles for competition in NHRA Stock Eliminator and Super Stock classes, fully capable of running 9-second quarter-mile ETs.

After great racing success, Chevrolet decided to carry on production beyond 2012, with 69 being built each year thereafter with a choice of several engines. This Homosassa, Florida-based Victory Red COPO (#12 of 69) is powered by a naturally aspirated 7.0L LS7 under the hood with the only options being a three-speed Hurst Quick Shift automatic transmission and carbon fiber hood. Of course, like all COPOs, it comes standard with a solid rear axle, a full chrome moly roll cage, two racing bucket seats, driver safety harness, competition floor shifter, Chevrolet Performance gauges, and Weld wheels wrapped in Hoosier slicks. The sound deadening and power accessories have been removed.

This COPO Camaro is not street legal and does not come with a VIN, registration, or warranty. If you have a hole burning in your pocket, you can “Buy It Now” for $149,800.
