Chevrolet SS And Caprice Latest General Motors Vehicles To Be Recalled

The problem: A potentially faulty windshield wiper module assembly that “[i]f the motor gear teeth become stripped, the wipers may not operate,” announced General Motors in a statement. The automaker said it is not aware of any crashes or injuries related to the recall.

The fix: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has yet to release information regarding the recall on its site at this time. 1. Well seeing as though they come out of the same factory as the Commodore, and are in fact US versions of the Commodore SS and Caprice, you could pretty much correctly assume that it’ll be the same part, and that the same fix would be what’s going to take place.
