2015 Corvette Stingray Pricing Released

The 2014 Corvette Stingray may have been the performance bargain of the century so far, with at a starting price of $53,000. Now that the 2015 model year is just around the corner, General Motors has just released pricing for the 2015 Corvette Stingray coupe and convertible. For standard coupes and convertibles, pricing for 2015 remains the same as the 2014 models, but for Z51 coupes and convertibles, MSRP will increase by $1,000 each. This is being attributed to the NPP performance exhaust being included equipment instead of a $1,195 option as before. All four models will still fetch a delivery charge of $995.

Compared to the 2014 Stingray’s trim level pricing, the 2LT is $60 less at $4,160, while pricing for the 3LT increases by $1,445 to $9,450. The new 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters fetches a price of $1,725. The standard 7-speed manual transmission with rev matching is included in the base and Z51’s MSRP.

Two new options, the Performance Data Recorder (PDR) and RPO ZF1, will be available for 2015. The PDR is packaged with navigation and will be available as an $1,795 option in 1LT and 2LT trim packages but included in the 3LT package. The ZF1 option gives non-Z51 Stingrays the same external appearance as a Z51 for $1,995.

  2. We have a 2015 Corvette on order with $2,000 put down when placing the order. We wanted to wait for the 2015s so the 1st year glitches could be worked out. We had a $70,000 budget back in January when we became interested in ordering a Corvette. (The total price, with the desired options, was $70,020.) After the 4.5% March 1st Vette price increase our cost increased by $3,200. This was a big jump but we felt we could still manage it. With the 2015 prices stated in this article the total cost has increased $8,020 (a 11.45% increase over the January pricing). With the current 2015 pricing it appears the dealer will have to sell the ordered Vette to another customer.

  5. Interested to find out from Joel or anyone else out there, if there has been any independent confirmation of the new 2015 pricing as noted in the article. Dealers are saying they can build the car in the order book, but no pricing is available. Bit of a crap shoot for prospective buyers…..

  6. I too have one on order. Bad thing is, I CAN NOT get the dealer to price it. They say they don’t have a pricing list right now. Did find another dealer in my state that did give me a price breakdown. 2 web sites have pricing. For the life of me, I don’t understand why my dealer doesn’t have pricing. Getting very upset and feel as tho I am getting the run around.

  7. Surprise, surprise. After going to my salesman with copies of 5 different web sites that post pricing . Telling them of a chat I had with a rep on Chevy live chat. I got an answer. I at least know the price but I still have no date as to when the production of the Z51’s will start. Guess I’ll have to find that too and tell them. LOL

  8. Took delivery of our new 2015 Z51 3LT 8 speed auto, coupe , Shark Gray Metallic with Kalahari interior. Awesome car , drives like a go cart . Has more features than I can list and I am still learning how to use all the electronic features. The PDR is a great feature , allows video recording of the idiots in front of you.
