1967 Corvette Stingray 427 Makes Forza Horizon 2 Cars List

Microsoft’s wildly successful racing franchise for the Xbox 260 and Xbox One, Forza, is getting an all-new installment. The next game in the franchise will be the sequel to Forza Horizon, an open-world style racing game centered around a fictional street racing and music festival.

Naturally, the game will be receiving a huge variety of cars, many of them some of the most desirable models ever made. These include the all-new 2015 Lamborghini Huracan, the 2002 Ferrari Enzo, the 2011 Koenigsegg Agera and many, many more. In all, about 200 cars will be featured in Forza Horizon 2, and don’t worry, General Motors will have a pretty good showing.

Most recently it was announced that the 1967 Chevrolet Corvette StingRay 427 has made the lineup. It will join several other legendary Chevys, including the 1979 Camaro Z/28, the 2009 Corvette ZR1, the 2012 Camaro ZL1 and of course, the 2014 Corvette Stingray. The game is set for a September 30th release date. It looks like we’ll be buying an Xbox.

Sam loves to write and has a passion for auto racing, karting and performance driving of all types.
