Crazy eBayer Selling Camaro Hood Scoops For $21,000,000

As fourth-gen Camaros continue to be popular for their great combination of affordability and ease in extracting more horsepower, parts are beginning to bring a premium. However, we never expected to see something like this eBay ad for inserts for the Camaro’s hood scoops.

Truth be told, they’re not quite dummy hood scoops, being too subtle, if not too flush to the car’s hood if they were functional. But every Camaro from 1993-97 had them. Are you missing yours? Because you can have this pair for $21 million. For that price, you can buy a ton of Camaros and ditch the body but keep almost 5,000 inserts to sell for a number that my calculator can’t calculate.

Seller says “THIER [sic] IS A GOOD REASON FOR THIS BUT CANT SAY ON EBAY.”

At least he throws in free shipping . . .

  1. This is more interesting than the lone Pontiac Grand Prix G8 Edition that was on eBay a couple weeks back?

(It would be really relevant to all those trying to hack Aztek’s AWD onto Cobalts – since that’s exactly what GM did in this awesome concept car).

  2. Remember that guy who had the 9/11 paint job on a Nova who was asking 30 million?

There must be some damn good drugs out there.
