As you may remember, when Chevrolet pulled the cover off the 2015 Cruze it also announced that the refreshed compact would receive GM-OnStar’s new 4G LTE with Wi-Fi technology. The system allows occupants to connect up to seven devices (such as smartphones, tablets or computers) to the car’s integrated Wi-Fi system and surf the web, send emails, or do anything else on the web.
To inform consumers in other countries of the Wi-Fi capabilities of the 2015 Cruze, Chevy recently released a comedic Spanish-language commercial focused on highlighting the technology. It begins with a mother dropping her daughter off on a movie date with a boy. When she leaves, the mother immediately pulls out her iPad that is connected to the Cruze’s onboard Wi-Fi and adds the boy on a social network to make sure he’s dating material.
While it maybe a bit intimidating for those in the dating world, the commercial is a good example of how convenient the built-in, high-speed connectivity can be if and when you really need it.

I just watched the B.E.T Awards tonight ( 6/2914) and seen your new commercial for the new 2015 Chevy Cruze with Wi-Fi. I noticed that the black guy with the new phone talking to the young lady driving the new chevy cruze is not wearing his seat belt. This is not a good look while they are driving down the freeway or street. Please review this commercial and feel free to contact me , if you feel that I was seeing things please let me know.. I am a retired General Motors employee, with plenty of Chevy’s still owned throughout my family. This is not a good look.
Thank you ,
