The 2014 Cadillac ATS sedan was attractive from the get-go but, for 2015, Cadillac is introducing a host of changes that make the ATS sedan look sleeker. In the below behind-the-scenes video, we follow the refreshed 2015 Cadillac ATS sedan as it hustles through Niagara’s beautiful wine country. While the ATS sedan serves as the focal point for the spot, the video captures the camera car and supporting law enforcement as we get to see the making of the spot on the spot.
So what are the details that contribute to the facelift? A new wreathless Cadillac badge bulges out of a larger eggcrate grille. Underneath the grille lies a full-width lower intake element, as opposed to the 2014 ATS’s three separated elements.
From the sound of the video, it appears as if Cadillac is attempting to reach out to a new crowd with music that may not be what you would expect—be sure to check your volume level before starting the video. Do you like the changes?

Emblem makes it look kind plain.
I like new grill and the simpler Crest without the wreath. Understatement is best when selling luxury.
Now if we could just reduce the size of the back-stoplight on the trunk it would like even nicer.
I always felt like the old Cadillac logo looked like a clown nose on the car, specifically with the new CTS. Thankfully that’s gone now.
i just love the Cadillac brand , always creating the best north American vehicles by a long shot. no weinne mobiles here. if you doubt what i say , you obviously have never enjoyed the privilege of driving one. do go and test drive and compare. i,d rather be driving one today than be layed out back in one on my last ride. good day!
I like the changes ,the lower grill treatment works very well. The plain looking badge makes sense ,but why not face lift the headlights they seem a bit dated. Overall the lower grill changes and new grill gives the ATS a sleeker look.
I anticipate the headlamps will change soon as I see them going more high tech before long. LED will be on all Cadillac’s before long.
Lutz started the town down of the A&S styling and they are continuing that path without abandoning it all together.
I like the look as it is modern and you still know it is a Cadillac without trying to get 1959 crazy.
I just wish they would make the CTS and ATS look a little more different as from a glance they can look similar with only the DLR of the CTS to set it apart.
Give it a little time gentlemen, I’m sure D3 Cadillac will have something built relatively soon; though I would like to see lower valance LED lighting.
