Detroit rocker Jack White released a new solo album not too long called Lazarreto. While he’s not known for gasoline running through his veins, you wouldn’t know it based on the rubber he lays in his new video.
Looking like a neo-Jimmy Page and giving hints of John McLaughlin and Hot Tuna, White confounds a bit considering the retro touches combined with the featured late-model Corvette Stingray. But let’s be frank: a guitar slinger from the Motor City should be featuring the latest and the greatest, which means the C7 Corvette is the right tool for the job.
In other pop culture news involving the Corvette, the National Corvette Museum has for now decided to keep its sinkhole as-is, even considering to place a few of the damaged Corvettes in the hole. All this due to increased attendance—go figure!
