Buick owners in China now can purchase parts and receive special offers under the Buick Care service brand via its Buick Aftersales Flagship Store on Tmall.com, which also sells Buick models. Consumers can also make appointments for maintenance and repair service online.
A virtual online showroom that gives Chinese consumers a wide range of parts and accessories, all they have to do is log on to buickservice.tmall.com and then peruse detailed information on Buick products. Payments even can be made online, upon which customers will receive a code via text message that they can present at a Buick 4S dealership to receive the parts and services they purchased.
With exclusive Fast Maintenance Service, customers are guaranteed service within 30 minutes as long as no other work is required; should a customer have to wait more than 30 minutes, (s)he will be entitled to free service.
The Buick Aftersales Flagship Store currently is available to Shanghai-based Buick owners, but it will be expanded across China as part of Buick’s “one-stop” e-commerce model.
