Opel Astra OPC Cup Returns For 2014: Video

Opel’s one-make race series, the Astra OPC Cup, recently held its season opening event, the VLN Endurance Championship at the Nürburgring. The inaugural event is one of the most demanding of the season, consisting of 25 laps of the 24-km long Nurburgring, one the world’s most demanding racetracks. It’s tough on the drivers and the cars, but makes for some great racing action.
This short video put together by Opel features highlights from the Astra OPC Cup series at the VLN Endurance Championship. It’s easier to watch these short clips than the entire race, as even the fastest of cars can take more than eight minutes to complete one lap of the Nurburgring’s competition track.
