Chevrolet has released the order/reference guide for the 2015 model year Camaro. The guide is intended for dealer use, but Chevy has made it available online so any prospective 2015 Camaro customers can get a sneak peek at some of the all-new colors and options available for the new model year.
Notable changes to the color palette are the absence of Deep Magenta Metallic (color code G7F) and Blue Ray Metallic (GXH) and the addition of Blue Velvet Metallic (G1M). New options include illuminated foot wells (order code S0U) and a spoiler extension (S1A). The tonneau cover for the 2LT convertible is now optional equipment.
Three wheel options return for 2015. The current RVB 19-inch 5-spoke pieces return in both a painted and polished aluminum finish, while a new 5-spoke 21-inch dealer-installed wheel arrives, although it has yet to be revealed.
The dealer order guide can be helpful for anyone looking to purchase a Camaro in the future. It allows consumers to peruse all the options groups and available equipment without feeling pressured by a salesperson. You also have the advantage of being able to walk into the dealership equally as knowledgeable about the optional equipment as the salesperson. Wait what is the reason that the HD radio are being deleted on some of the GM cars and trucks?
I see a picture of the Camaro that looks like the front of the Malibu, that is horrible. If that is the new 2015, I will never change mine. I have a 2012 and was planning to trade it for a 2015.
