2014 Buick LaCrosse Receives Five Star Overall Safety Rating From NHTSA

The 2014 Buick LaCrosse sedan has earned a five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Administration, the highest rating given out by the safety agency.

Edmunds reports the LaCrosse earned five stars in both front and side impact crash tests, as well as four stars in the rollover crash test. The ratings apply to front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive LaCrosse models, including the eAssist mild hybrid.

A handful of safety features come standard on the LaCrosse including eight airbags, electronic stability control, traction control and antilock brakes. Lane departure warning, lane change alert and side blind zone alert are available as options.
