Chevrolet Teams Up With Telemundo Network For Mexican Soccer Team Reality Series

Spanish language TV network Telemundo and Chevrolet have teamed up to create a new reality show web-series based around Mexican professional soccer team Club Leon, entitled “La Cueva de la Fiera”. The 10-part series began airing on Telemundo’s website in February and features several scenes which integrated the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado.

The show gives viewers a first-hand look at last year’s Mexican professional soccer league champion’s secrets behind the scenes, stories of the fans and game day events. It also has scenes involving Club Leon’s Rafael Marquez surprising young soccer fans by teaching them some of his skills in a soccer clinic and giving them Chevrolet-branded One World Futbol soccer balls.

“We are excited to collaborate with Chevrolet to bring fans a front row seat to the action and excitement of Club Leon soccer .”said Mike Rosen, executive vice president of advertising sales & integrated marketing for Telemundo Media. “The Chevy Silverado is a fantastic partner for us to find new roads to bring innovative content and unprecedented access to the biggest soccer stars on Telemundo.”

Sam loves to write and has a passion for auto racing, karting and performance driving of all types.
