Cadillac Enhances Sponsorship Of 2014 World Golf Championship

The Cadillac World Golf Championship kicked off today at the Trump National Doral in Miami, Fla., and Cadillac is hoping to appeal to car and golf aficionados alike with their sponsorship of the event. The automaker has introduced the Escalade lounge, an on-course hospitality area and will be offering shuttle rides to fans in a 2015 Escalade over the course of the event.

After escaping the hot Florida heat in the Escalade lounge, fans can take a shuttle ride in a 2015 Escalade to the V-Series Performance Center. The V-Series center includes race car simulators, a putting challenge, a swing analysis with a virtual hole-in-one challenge and, best of all, the chance to win a Cadillac CTS-V sedan.

The Golf pros competing at the World Championship will also have a chance of their own to win a brand-new Cadillac on the National Doral’s Par-3 holes. On hole No. 9 the prize for a hole-in-one is a 2014 Cadillac CTS sedan and the 2015 Escalade is the prize at No.15.

In addition to the Escalade lounge and V-series performance center, Cadillac will also host a fashion show and concert for golf fans. After the second round of golf on Friday, the Spring 2014 collection by renowned designer Carolina Herrera will be showcased during an event hosted by Ivanka Trump. On Saturday, artist Travie McCoy will perform for fans on the grounds of the National Doral following the completion of the tournament’s third round.

Both the fashion show and the live concert are complimentary to all Friday and Saturday tournament ticket holders, respectively. But, possibly more importantly, all ticket holders have a shot at winning that 556 horsepower CTS-V.
