In a bid to promote safer driving habits in China, CCTV (China Central Television) has partnered with Buick to invite drivers to send in videos of their good driving habits.
The initiative, which will accompany the Good Drivers of China campaign, is “to help create a more orderly, safer, more efficient and more harmonious traffic environment,” according to the press release.
Otherwise, the announcement remained vague. Not like we’re going to see much development of the story here in America, anyways.

Here in aus it’s an offence to use a camera phone while driving, same as taking a hand held call.
A driver here took a photo of another driver resting both feet on his outside door mirror at 100km/h, cops fined and demerited both of them.
