The Cruze, whether it’s wearing Chevy’s Bowtie or Holden’s lion, is sold in 119 countries around the world. And it isn’t just sold globally, it’s produced globally, too. All in all, Australia, Brazil, China, India, Kazakhstan, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the United States have all manufactured the Cruze.
Chevrolet’s latest ad for the 2014 Cruze shows four different groups of Cruze drivers from the U.S., India, Russia and China. In each of the Cruzen, someone is singing a song in an embarrassing manner, which prompts their passenger to shut the music off on them.
The spot is one of eight different ads Chevrolet will air over the course of the ongoing Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. It continues the trend of diversity and uses Chevrolet’s “#TheNew” tagline. Check it out just below.

I don’t think the Daewoo has been used since 2011 and there has never been a Daewoo Cruze.
Right you are. Just wanted to include all variations.
I can’t wait for the second generation Cruze!
Third gen, not second
Considering the US is playing catch up with Cruze generations, all I’ll say is I can’t wait ’til the next one here. Hopefully they’ll pull their heads out of the muck and get those other body styles here too. The thing that gets me the most is that others(imports)seem to launch all at once but not good ole GM. What the FREAK is up with that mentality?
The latest Cruze should be launched in all markets/countries at somewhat the same time. Providing the customer with the latest “model” – in all the markets they are in. Something VW and Toyota have been doing for a long time. This will help improve the sales of GM in the markets they are present in (along with manufatcuring scale/efficiency/profits). Simple. But it should be thoroughly tested, so that (hopefully) there won’t be large scale recalls.
