The Opel Adam is one of the best connected small cars in its class thanks to its IntelliLink infotainment system and Siri Eyes Free voice control function. The new levels of connectivity are great for communicating safely while on the go, but Opel found a whole new use for the system in their latest international TV spot for the hot little city car.
In the 30-second ad, a bride and groom along with their wedding party and a minister are traveling on the road in different Adams. But, instead of parking their cars at the chapel for the ceremony, it happens right there in the car through the eyes free communication system. The bride and groom say their “I do’s” and the minister, also digitally connected, pronounces them husband and wife.
While it is a fun and unique idea, you can’t kiss the bride over a communication system, so we don’t think too many women will opt for the Opel Adam wedding ceremony. The European ad campaign began airing on major TV networks on February 10.

Interestingly, there is a slightly wittier version of the spot:

The guy in the final sequence waiting in vain in front of the church does not have some random unidentified car, but a Mini. Does anyone know which version is actually aired on TV
