To some, a car is not complete without an aftermarket wrap. The owner of this black Opel Astra OPC obviously felt that was the case, and decided to have Wrap World apply a wrap to his hot hatch.
The wrap in question is a brownish color termed Aztec Bronze, and it seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it proposition. Either way, the way the wrap was applied is truly an art in and of itself, requiring utmost precision and finesse. We’re particularly fond of the OPC stickers on the hood, and appreciate the continuity of the aztec bronze into the interior.
Watch the time-lapse of the wrap-job, set to some catchy dubstep, right here:
For those wondering about what such a wrap would cost, a comment on YouTube from the video’s owner states that it would be roughly $2,000. Worth it? Tell us in the comments.

Interesting. Race cars are wrapped now instead of paint. 2k for a color that makes car look like rust? Not for me. See what it looks like in a couple years. EZ color change, though.
Meh…. not my thing, but it was interesting anyway. I liked the shiny paint better.
Love the flat bronze-very unique! It makes the interior look really sharp. I do question the durability. Curious to see what one looks like after a couple of years of use.
Buzz pretty much sums up what I think.
I’ve been noticing ads by 3M, showing a clear wrap… Wonder if it’s the same stuff?
Would be a great do it yourself, to protect your baby from road and bug impact areas.
Sorry it looks like some one bug bombed it with primer. I can see some of the flat black wraps etc but this one just does not click it just looks unfinished.
