Chevrolet To Unveil Subcompact Crossover At Delhi Auto Expo

Chevrolet is set to unveil a new compact crossover next month at Auto Expo 2014 in Delhi, India. According to Motoroids, the compact SUV will ride on General Motors’ Gamma architecture, which underpins GM’s existing line of CUV’s sold in North America, Europe and other markets, the Opel Mokka/Buick Encore/Chevrolet Trax.

The new CUV will utilize the same 1.3-liter diesel engine offered in the Chevrolet Sail and Enjoy MPV. More information about the new crossover is expected to trickle out as the Delhi Auto Expo draws closer.

  1. That is a cute small CUV, and I wish Chevy will sell it worldwide (even in the U.S.) to displace sales from small imports. Then Chevy can announce that they have five CUV/SUV for sale (In ascending size order):
    Trax
    Orland
    Captiva
    Equinox
    Traverse

With five sizes to choose from, who will buy an import?
