The Opel Adam has always been about customization and personalization, offering an array of body and roof colors, body decals and interior fabric colors. For 2014, Opel is taking that idea further by adding an additional five body colors and four more roof colors to the color palette as the small city car drives into its second year on the market.
Adam customers will now have a choice of 16 body colors, which can be used for both the body and roof, and six exclusive roof-only colors. The new body colors are an elegant silver (Silverwalker), a rich dark brown (M. Darkside), a vibrant blue (Let It Blue), a funky lime green (Dancing Green), and a subtle warm grey (Pink-Kong). Three of the colors, dark brown, light blue and lime green, are also available as roof colors.
Additionally, three new seat fabrics, three new interior decors, two new interior colors, one new headliner, two new interior mirror colors, three new exterior mirror cap decors, one new logo bar color, and three new decal sets are available for the Adam, increasing its personalization possibilities even further.
In addition to receiving some unique new colors and interior treatments, the Adam recently starred in a unique photo shoot as well. Photographer Axel Wierdemann captured the Adam in 1:43 scale together with figurines of the same size in a photo shoot for Opel, with small everyday items finding new uses during the session. For example a popsicle stick became a diving board, a tablet became a movie theatre screen and cinema tickets were rolled out to create a red carpet. The photos give the impression of being shot in different spots all over the globe, when in reality, the photos were shot not far from Opel headquarters in Rüsselsheim, Germany.

I hear people say I will not buy a car unless it comes in this color! Is color really that important?
The vast majority of the time, people choose autos, and even tricks, on style. Color fits into that category.
One can save a lot of money by picking up a surplus made vehicle at the end of the sales year, and go with a color scheme that would not necessarily be their 1st choice.
If I wanted a car and it didn’t come in a color I wanted I would either settle on a color or have it paint after I bought it
is generally bored with this boring story of Opel. toogu interesting cars out and act quickly. Opel competitors are not asleep, and still tends to lag behind their innovations and new models.
ADAM OPC could better tell what is and highlight the ADAM GSI. OPC and GSI are the things that make a strong advertising and impose a passion for cars.
yadda yadda. with ADAM OPC ADAM AND GSI. THESE advertising and luring customers
OK. fortunately, soon to be I guess now ADAM CROSS
My favorite it the image of the drive-in cinema starring an Adam on the screen.
It is so interesting that GM Europe thinks color is important but GM US doesn’t as they reduce exterior colors on their new products
