Chevrolet’s latest ad for the 2014 Corvette Stingray appears to draw inspiration from a sci-fi action movie (maybe they spent too much time on the set of Transformers?). The Corvette’s rakish, razor sharp styling compliments the dark futuristic vibe of the commercial, which depicts the car being chased around a city by a stingray shaped airship.
Of course, the scene from the future ends up being in the Corvette owners dreams, suggesting the Corvette is so intoxicating, you’ll even be dreaming about it after you own one. This one is definitely a different angle than the one usually taken from Chevy, have a watch and tell us what you think below.

Heck I drive that way everyday. What can I say things chase me. Now I hope someone makes a cool movie with a chase scene with the new Vette.

Yeah, because WW1 and 2 were nothing like the giant, autonomous, flying robo-stingray that attacked Los Angeles.
