Prospective Customer Crashes 2014 Chevrolet Impala Into Row Of 2014 Corvette Stingrays

A 2014 Impala crashed into a row of three 2014 Corvettes at a Chevrolet Ride and Drive event at the Texas State Fair yesterday, proving once again, that some of us just can’t have nice things.

According to Jalopnik, the driver slammed the rear end of the new Impala into the row of parked Corvettes. A poster from Corvette forum says the event was held on a small test track, where the speed limit was supposed to be only 20 mph.

No more details on the crash are available at this time other than what’s seen in the photo. This is the second wreck involving a Velocity Yellow Corvette C7 in the past week.

  1. WTH MAN!! It’s like C7s just can’t get a break from the mishap gods. And will someone please explain to me how you accidentally ram a row of brand new parked Vettes with a brand new Impala on a test drive? I almost want to scream, “you suck at life, go kill yerself” at the driver…

  2. I saw it first hand. Guy in his early to mid-20’s it looked like, was driving one of the Impala’s. I heard tires squealing and saw his car careen around the parking area the wrong way hit and took the back end off another Impala, hit a White stingray in the wheel area bounced off the yellow stingray before coming to a halt in front of the waiting area building.
