Forgiato Wheels To Bring Widebody 2014 Corvette Stingray To 2013 SEMA Show

The 2014 SEMA show is just around the corner, and we’ve already told you that Chevy will be ever present with some unique vehicles. On the list of cars so far announced by Chevrolet was an “Urban Cool” Impala, a Performance Spark EV and a Cruze Diesel concept, among others, but no 2014 Corvettes. What gives?

It’s not out of the question that Chevrolet will show up with a Corvette or two, or seven, but in case they don’t, Forgiato Wheels has got it covered. The wheel manufacturer released a rendering of their wide-body C7 back in September, and have now put out actual photos of the car’s progress.

The photos show some massive rear fender flares on the Blade Silver Z51 ‘Vette helping to make room for Forgiato’s large aftermarket wheels. There is not much info on the build, but from the renders it looks like the C7 is set to receive a different rear spoiler, carbon fiber rocker panels, and a carbon fiber front splitter in addition to the wide body kit.

We’ll be at the show, so be sure to stay tuned for more pictures and info on this one of a kind Stingray.
