After securing their 10th American Le Mans Series championship in 15 years last week, the Corvette Racing team along with Pratt & Miller Engineering is eagerly anticipating a new season, under a new racing league. Corvette Racing will enter the Tudor United Sports Car Championship, a new race series that is a result of a merger between the ALMS and the Rolex Sports Car Series, with an all new car, the C7.R, which we have to say looks pretty menacing in these renders.
In a Corvette Racing official video, we catch some quick glimpses of the C7.R hiding beneath some checkered camouflage, just as we saw it during testing at Laguna Seca back in August. The C7.R will bare its camo and make an official racing debut at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona in January.
