It might not have launched in time to enter Motor Trend’s 2013 Best Driver’s Car contention, but that didn’t stop The World’s Fastest Car Show from taking the 2014 Corvette Stingray to the famous Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca race track, where MT performs the test, a test where Porsche has won two straight years (while Mercedes-Benz came in second both times… Stuttgart isn’t messing around these days).
What does host Justin Bell think of the C7 Stingray? Pretty much what everyone else thinks that’s driven it. It’s amazing.

This is the video worth watching, a man-child glamouring for the new Vette-goodness. Since most are unaware, Matt Farah (guy in video) has been driving Vette’s for 15 years, he bought his C5 LS1 brand new (which can be seen at the end of the video) while still in high school when he was 18, a ton of mods on it including custom, one-off, carbon fiber wheels made specially for him. His car is also one of the loudest cars (youtube search his exhaust), not sure if he was joking, but it is illegal at Laguna due to the noise, so it’s Zonda R caliber of symphony
I am wondering how many people are fans of the blacked out area around the exhaust of the new Vette? I would have gotten another color other than Cyber Gray if it wasn’t for that blacked out area. I think the car color should have extended.
