Chevrolet To Expand Into Myanmar

General Motors Southeast Asia Operations recently signed a letter of intent with Pacific Alpine Pte. Ltd., for the distribution, sale and service of Chevrolet vehicles in Myanmar. The first showroom for The Bow Tie brand will open in the fourth quarter of 2013, and Chevrolet models will be sourced from GM manufacturing facilities around the world to meet the specific requirements of Myanmar consumers, though no specific models were announced at this time.

  1. The Chevrolet global takeover continues… LMAO! Funny how the so called global takeover stops as soon as it gets anywhere near Europe! Chevrolet is only a strong regional brand – the US / Canada and South America – nowhere else.
