Effective July 1st, Diana Tremblay will lead General Motors’ newly-formed Global Services group aimed to streamline back-office processes to improve service quality, reduce complexity and achieve cost efficiencies. The group is expected to reduce associated costs by at least 30 percent over the next four years.
Temblay, who is leaving her position of North America Manufacturing vice president, will report directly to GM senior vice president and CFO Dan Ammann.
