During the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, Buick captivated show-goers with a fresh take on the Riviera Concept (a former one was shown in 2007). The vehicle presented several technology breakthroughs and design cues for future Buick products, including wireless inductive charging for its hybrid-electric motor, next-generation active safety technology, and 4G LTE capabilities.
The impressive featureset of the Riviera Concept was as spectacular and dramatic as its rollout on stage, which you can watch just below.

Too bad it ended so abruptly, It was just getting interesting.
Yeah, it was just getting interesting. As Jackie Gleason on “The Honeymooners” would say: How sweet it it !!.
Oooh the doors are opening eghhhhh. Dude what happened…
Concepts rarely make production (although I think the first gen Tigra was a concept) recent concepts include Enigma V8 and Adam Rocks.
Well… at least it has a smiley face.
Sensational, but not to sure about that Volvoesque rear treatment. The tragedy is that Buick builds beautiful concepts and never transfers them into actual automobiles.
