The 2014 Cadillac CTS Gets Wet In The Rain: Video

Cadillac is showing off what’s more or less B-roll footage of the all-new 2014 Cadillac CTS driving around the Milford Road Course in the rain. At a standstill, the new CTS is striking, elegant, and sharp. In motion, its dramatic appearance appears to be amplified, as we discovered after watching the video just below. And for the sake of theatrics, it’s raining. See if your opinion on the 2014 CTS’ design changes after viewing:

  1. This video has changed my opinion- from great to super great! Car looks awesome even in that drab color. Looks like a Cadillac from the future. That long hood reminds me of a 7-Series and the Cadillac Sixteen concept. That rear end with C-pillar reminds me of a Bentley, but better because it has fins. I still don’t trust GM quality, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lease one with a factory warranty- solves that issue.

If the above objects are modified, then they aren’t “lifted” from anything as they don’t share any resemblance to the cars you’ve mentioned.

You’re trying too hard to be critical, and you’re not even doing a good job of that. Try again/

    1. See, now you’re not even making any sense…not that you would take such a remark as a reason to flatter yourself (because no one else will do it for you anyway).

But please, get serious and post something worthy here about the CTS, not what you think passes for objectivity. I mean, you are name-dropping the long-discontinued PT-Cruiser….please don’t tell me you’ve run out of steam or that your frame of reference of real events doesn’t extent beyond the 2010, the year the Cruiser ended production.

        1. I don’t really care what he’s doing at the moment. All I know is that he will never make an objective post about the CTS.

  5. Opinion of the car hasn’t changed even after seeing it in motion, and in the rain. It’s still beautiful. Looks even better moving because it seems easier to size up it’s proportions.
