Rendered: 2014 Chevy Tahoe

We’ve been seeing spy shots of the 2014 Chevy Tahoe left, right, and center — and now, we have this rendering of the upcoming 2014 Chevy Tahoe thanks to “automotive manipulator” Theophilus Chin.
As you can undoubtedly tell, it’s the 2014 Silverado, but in place of the bed is a full-bodied cabin. Of course, this is just one interpretation of the upcoming full-size SUV, but everything from the C-pillar back reminds us of the third-gen Dodge Durango, especially the slope of the D-pillar and along with the wheel arches surrounding the rear axle.
So, what do you think of the rendering, and how would you like the 2014 Tahoe (and Suburban) to look? Sound off in the comments, below.
I have owned and loved the looks of the past 2 generation of Tahoes especially the Z71″s. But this one is just plain ugly!
I sure hope it looks better than this. I have a 2000 Tahoe and am patiently waiting to see the 2014 Tahoe. Luckily my 00 is in perfect condition and running fine.
I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY do not like the design language of those wheel arches. We are on our 7th Tahoe and I believe that the present one is damn near perfect. Sadly, I guess we can only go down from here. GM please prove me wrong.
Don’t mind overall look, little change, however, looks like same old painted plastic bumpers which are worthless on 4W/Z71. They do not hold up and paint is easily scratched off by the smallest of bushes when off road. Must have metal bumpers.

Anyone know the release date for the 14 Tahoe, my 03 is getting tired:(
it looks cool
Disappointing, to say the least. If this is what I have to wait so long for, I might as well wait for the new Expedition. The latter is looking much more attractive since Ford is not government owned
I sure hope they have more imagination than this.
Wow…that’s ugly. It’s seriously really ugly. Was in the market, but this would definitely change my mind.
