Going with previous reports indicating that the all-new Corvette Stingray Convertible will make its debut in a few weeks at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland, Chevrolet has officially announced that it will indeed do so. Specifically, the 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible debut will happen March 5.
The Bow Tie also announced that it will be auctioning the first retail production model of the Corvette Stingray convertible at the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction April 4-6 to benefit the Michigan-based Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.
Will it exceed the $1.1 million mark the hard-top 2014 Stingray set when the first production model crossed the auction block last month? It certainly wouldn’t hurt to try.

I hope you can still fit Golf Bags in the trunk with the top down like you can in the C6
What I’m waiting to see is the C7 ZR1. If that were available today with an AT, I’d purchase it immediately.
