Baltimore Ravens Quarterback Joe Flacco Named 2013 SuperBowl MVP, Awarded 2014 Corvette Stingray

So, the Baltimore Ravens won SuperBowl XLVII… congratulations to them. And Ravens’ quarterback Joe Flacco was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).. congratulations to him.

As expected, the MVP was awarded a 2014 Corvette… so after throwing over 300 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions, Flacco is will be the lucky owner of the 2014 Corvette Stingray come Q3 of 2013.

PS: Beyonce didn’t disco all over the C7, and is it just us, or did The General and Chevy get not nearly enough exposure for the giveaway as they should have?

  2. What they should’ve done was give the Corvette to a lucky Military service person selected by raffle who managed to attended the game. These rich athletes don’t deserve anything free.

  3. What sucks is I think with the blackout it pushed the MVP award out of the show. That and the dozeon of Tundra pulling the shuttle commercials around the superbowl.

Talk about a huge gaff on an american car company to pull the Space Shuttle. An American icon..being pulled by a sub par performing truck. But thats another argument.

  4. Thats nice and all, but why do they always award cars to people who can already easily afford one? Because they do something extraordinary? I was a Middle School teacher for 30 years: Now that is extraordinary!
