For the last 2012 COPO Camaro, the team at Chevrolet did something special: they made it a convertible. Now, a drop-top dragster might come across as blasphemous, but with all of the safety equipment and bragging rights of owning it, who cares? We don’t.  We actually care more about what’s powering the thing, and how it was built. In this case, it’s a 327 cubic-inch LSX engine with a 4.0L supercharger, which we get to see being built — by the hands of Jim Campbell, Vice President of Chevrolet Performance — in the video just below.
